The present invention relates to a wireless power charging device capable of stably and efficiently charging multiple portable terminals in an environment of simultaneously charging multiple portable terminals, and a portable terminal using the same. The wireless power charging device comprises: a housing in which at least one portable terminal can be placed; a wireless power transmission unit transmitting charging power to the at least one portable terminal placed in the housing; and a transmission antenna arranged in one side of the housing and transmitting the charging power designated in accordance with control of the wireless power transmission unit. The wireless power transmission unit is set to transmit the charging power in accordance with a maximum charging power value of the charging power necessary to the multiple portable terminals when the multiple portable terminals are placed in the housing.
