The present invention relates to a production method of a green fiber using rice bran of green whole grain rice and, more specifically, to a production method of a green fiber comprising ultra-pulverized powder of the rice bran of the green whole grain rice. The green fiber is usefully used for the purpose of augmenting dietary fiber in a liquid food, or a solid food requiring a soft texture by ultra-pulverizing the rice bran of the green whole grain rice and developing a method for producing a green fiber reduced the coarse texture and bitter taste peculiar to dietary fiber.
