The present invention provides the method of preparing the brown rice nutritional supplement including main ingredients including rice bran powder of 30 wt% to 95 wt% and sugar of 1 wt% to 4 wt%, which are uniformly processed, and minor ingredients including a combined fermentation microorganism solution and broccoli, bell pepper, chili pepper, onion, garlic, three-color glazed ware, turnip, spinach, balloon flower root, and mushroom, which are processed by a dried powder process. According to the present invention, in a processing field utilizing the rice bran as the brown rice nutritional supplement, since the taste and texture are superior to those of existing products, and nutritional balance and acidification reduction effect are provided, the method according to the present invention may be used to prepare the brown rice nutritional supplement to provide further safe and tasty brown rice nutrition to many consumers who ingest the rice bran as the nutritional supplement.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
