The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide adsorbent based on amine-grounded MOF coated with polymer. More specifically, the carbon dioxide adsorbent based on amine-grounded MOF coated with polymer is able to: effectively reduce renewable energy generated during carbon dioxide adsorption and desorption processes; and collect carbon dioxide effectively in an actual fluidized bed by maintaining structural stability from moisture present in exhaust gas. The carbon dioxide adsorbent and the producing method thereof: use Mg, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, or Zn as the metal of a porous metal-organic framework; effectively reduce renewable energy generated in carbon dioxide adsorption and desorption processes by coating the surface of the porous metal-organic framework with a hydrophobic polymer; and maintain structural stability from moisture.
