The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sweet rice puffs using a grain syrup containing a Schisandra chinensis concentrate and a Schisandra chinensis seed powder, which comprises steps of: (S1) manufacturing the grain syrup containing the Schisandra chinensis concentrate; (S2) manufacturing a fresh Schisandra chinensis concentrate instead of sugar for scent and flavor; (S3) obtaining the Schisandra chinensis concentrate; (S4) grinding Schisandra chinensis seeds to obtain the Schisandra chinensis seed powder; (S5) putting the Schisandra chinensis seed powder to a mixture of the grain syrup and the fresh Schisandra chinensis concentrate, and then stirring the same; and (S6) manufacturing sweet rice puffs by using the grain syrup containing the stirred Schisandra chinensis seed powder. The present invention can provide a well-being snack using Schisandra chinensis.
