The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Cu-Fe alloy film powder for shielding an electromagnetic wave and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing Cu-Fe alloy film powder for shielding an electromagnetic wave, capable of having an excellent heat radiation property and performing an electromagnetic wave shielding property and an electromagnetic absorbing property at the same time. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing Cu-Fe alloy film powder for shielding an electromagnetic wave includes: a raw material powder preparing step of washing and drying Cu-Fe alloy scrap powder which is raw material powder or spherical powder using an organic solvent; a raw material powder flattening step of flattening the dried raw material powder; a heat treatment step of removing residual stress of the flattened powder; and an antioxidant coating step of coating an antioxidant onto the surface of the flattened powder which has been heat-treated.
