The present invention relates to a nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide through photo-sintering and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing graphene oxides and dopants containing nitrogen to produce a graphene oxide-dopant mixed solution; drying the graphene oxide-dopant mixed solution to form graphene oxide-dopant complex powder; and photo-sintering graphene oxide-dopants to dope nitrogen in the graphene oxide and reducing the graphene oxide to obtain a nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide. Accordingly, nitrogen is doped in graphene oxides and the graphene oxides are reduced at the same time through photo-sintering so efficiency of a process for manufacturing a nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
