摘要

The present invention relates to method of producing reduced and nitrogen-doped graphene oxide. The method comprises: (step 1) a step of producing mixed liquid containing graphene oxide (GO) and tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH); and (step 2) a step of heating the mixed liquid prepared in the step 1. A method of producing reduced and nitrogen-doped graphene oxide according to the present invention is capable of producing sufficiently reduced and nitrogen-doped graphene oxide as a quaternary ammonium salt of TMAH is used as a nitrogen dopant. Moreover, nitrogen doping levels can be adjusted by adjusting the mixing ratio of graphene oxide and tetramethylammonium hydroxide. Furthermore, the method has effects of: being environmental friendly as reduced and nitrogen-doped graphene oxide can be produced without inputting separate additives; and being capable of mass producing graphene oxide through a liquid-phase process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
