The present invention relates to a motor driving device and a vehicle having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the motor driving device comprises: a first inverter having a plurality of switching elements and outputting first alternating current power to a motor; a second inverter having the plurality of switching elements and outputting second alternating current power to the motor; and an inverter control unit controlling the first and second inverters. The inverter control unit controls an interleaving angle between the first inverter and the second inverter to be variable in accordance with operation of the motor. Therefore, a ripple of current of a direct current terminal can be minimized when a parallel inverter is driven.
