The present invention relates to a motor driving device, a motor driving system, and a vehicle having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the motor driving device comprises: an inverter having a plurality of switching elements and outputting alternating current (AC) power to a motor; an output current detection unit detecting output current flowing through the motor; a communication unit transmitting current information and a torque command value based on the output current detected by the output current detection unit to an external server and receiving a current command value from the server; and an inverter control unit outputting a switching control signal to the inverter based on the current command value received from the communication unit. Accordingly, the server receiving the torque command value and the current information calculates maximum torque in real time and drives the motor based on the current command value corresponding to the calculated maximum torque.
