According to the present invention, the system for diagnosing the train bearing with the structure for processing the detected information by the collector comprises: a plurality of detection modules (13a-13n) each of which has a plurality of detection units (DT11-DTn2) to be divided into different groups in accordance with the position of the detected information processed while being placed to be adjacent to a vehicle wheel, a vehicle shaft, or a bearing; the plurality of collectors (12a-12k) which process the detected information transmitted from the detection modules (13a-13n) of different groups; a comparing unit (11) which analyzes the information processed in the plurality of collectors (12a-12k); a vehicle database (14) which stores the detected information analyzed by the comparing unit (11); a risk factor extraction unit (15) which extracts a risk factor from the vehicle database (14); and a vehicle management unit (16) which manages the detected information in all of the detection modules (13a-13n). Each of the collectors (12a, 12b-12k) independently operates based on an information processing time table (PT).
