The present invention relates to a lighting control system, including: a storage tank installed on a hull and storing liquefied gas; a regasification device re-gasifying the liquefied gas; a vent mast installed on a deck of the hull; a plurality of lighting devices installed on the deck; and a power control unit blocking power supply with respect to at least one of the lighting devices when exhaust gas generated in the storage tank or the regasification device is discharged through the vent mast, and a ship having the same.
