A ship lighting control circuit (100), comprising a power input end (11) and at least one lighting control set (10). The lighting control set (10) comprises a switching device (12), a lamp connecting end (13), a driving console terminal device connecting end (14). The power input end (11) is connected to a first end of the switching device (12). A second end of the switching device (12) is connected to the lamp connecting end (13). A control end of the switching device (12) is connected to the driving console terminal device connecting end (14), and is connected to a driving console terminal device of a ship by means of the driving console terminal device connecting end (14), so as to control the first end and the second end of the switching device (12) to be turned on or off according to a control signal sent by a user control interface of the driving console terminal device. Also provided are a ship lighting system and a ship. Ship lighting control is implemented on the driving console terminal device, and the operation is simplified.
