According to the present invention, an exhaust gas treatment system for a ship comprises: a first sulfur oxide scrubber for treating exhaust gas of a propulsion engine and a boiler of a ship; a second sulfur oxide scrubber for treating exhaust gas of a power generation engine of the ship; and an inert gas scrubber for converting the exhaust gas treated in the first sulfur oxide scrubber or the exhaust gas of the boiler into inert gas to be supplied to a market. When the propulsion engine is operated, the boiler is operated by marine gas oil (MGO). The inert gas scrubber converts the exhaust gas discharged from the boiler into inert gas to be supplied to a market. When the propulsion engine is stopped, the boiler is operated by heavy fuel oil (HFO). The inert gas scrubber converts the exhaust gas treated in the first sulfur oxide scrubber into inert gas to be supplied to the market.
