Disclosed are an exhaust gas treatment system for a ship auxiliary engine and a mixing chamber applied to the exhaust gas treatment system for the ship auxiliary engine. The disclosed exhaust gas treatment system for a ship auxiliary engine comprises: a plurality of ship auxiliary engines; a mixing chamber; a urea water supply member for supplying urea water to the mixing chamber; and a reactor. The system can more easily achieve the homogenization of the temperature of an exhaust gas and the mixture of the exhaust gas with the urea water.
