The present invention relates to a visual perception evaluation system based on virtual reality. The visual perception evaluation system comprises: a display module worn on an examinee and displaying a test image for visual perception evaluation to the examinee; a selection unit providing an object or icon included in the test image outputted through the display module to the examinee so that the examinee may select the object or icon; an image generation module generating the test image to perform visual perception evaluation of the examinee to provide the test image to the display module; and a data processing unit analyzing visual perceptual ability of the examinee based on selection information of the examinee inputted through the selection unit and providing analysis information to an examiner. According to the present invention, the visual perception evaluation system based on virtual reality provides an evaluation image to the examinee through the display module and analyzes the selection of the examinee so that various types of tests may be easily performed, thereby improving the accuracy of the diagnosis.
