Disclosed is a multiplate clutch device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multiplate clutch device includes: a plurality of driving discs connected to a shaft for inputting power; a plurality of driven discs connected to a shaft for outputting power and placed to be overlapped alternately with the driving discs; a piston operated with oil pressure and connecting the power by pressing the driving discs and the driven discs tightly; a restoration spring moving the piston in a direction to release the connection of the power when the oil pressure applied to the piston is released; and a hydraulic device providing the oil pressure for the operation of the piston. The hydraulic device selectively provides first pressure for moving the piston to a release position to release the connection of the power, a second pressure higher than the first pressure to move the piston to a standby position right before the connection of the power, and third pressure higher than the second pressure to move the piston to a connection position to connect the power.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
