The present invention relates to 2, 4, 5-substituted pyrimidine derivatives, a method for manufacturing same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising same as an active component. Since the compound exhibits a high inhibitory ability against an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) wild type or mutation, the compound can be effectively used for the treatment of cancer expressing the EGFR wild type or EGFR mutation.
