The present invention relates to a method for preventing sports injuries using useful genetic markers capable of predicting sports injuries, in order to predict the genetic sensitivity or resistance to sports injuries in advance by using a single nucleotide variant polymorphism present in a specific gene as a genetic marker, which is applied to a personalized exercise program for the selection of elite prospects or prevention of sports injuries. The present invention relates to useful genetic markers capable of predicting sports injuries, including any one or more of an AA genotype constituting the rs#970547 polymorphism (SNP) of the COL12A1 gene, a GG genotype constituting the rs#679620 SNP of the MMP3 gene, and a CC genotype constituting the rs#1800955 SNP of the DRD4 gene.
