A medical image analysis apparatus using a machine learning algorithm according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a database for storing a photographed breast medical image when the breast of a woman in which a lesion can exist is photographed; a lesion feature point extraction part for extracting a lesion feature point from the breast medical image stored in the database by using a machine learning algorithm; a lesion analysis part for analyzing the pattern of the lesion from the extracted lesion feature point using the machine learning algorithm; an input/output interface part for displaying a result analyzed by the lesion analysis part on a screen; and a control part for controlling the components. It is possible to accurately check the location of a lesion such as cancer.
