A purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing fruit-vegetable beverages having soybean milk as a main ingredient which can manufacture various kinds of functional fruit- vegetable beverages by mixing various functional fruits and vegetables to soybean milk. Especially, since the present invention sterilizes fruit-vegetable beverages at about 5,000 atmospheres by using a non-heating high pressure processing (HPP) method when preparing fruit-vegetable beverages, there is another purpose to provide the method for manufacturing fruit-vegetable beverages having soybean milk as the main ingredient which can increase an effective period by increasing a sterilization effect while maintaining the original taste and aroma of fruits and vegetables. In addition, another purpose of the present invention is to provide the method for manufacturing fruit-vegetable beverages having soybean milk as the main ingredient which can remove bitter taste of soybean milk to improve texture and swallowing by removing bitter taste of soybean milk.
