A manufacturing method of ginseng sprout tea according to the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting and washing ginseng sprouts; separating the ginseng sprouts into leaves, stems and roots; grinding the separated leaves, stems and roots; drying the ground leaves, stems and roots; and putting the dried leaves, stems and roots in a tea bag.
