The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a healthy drink with cabbage as a main ingredient, which comprises: a step (a) of preparing cabbage extract by filling 60-65 parts by weight of cabbage leaves and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of bay salt with respect to 100 parts by weight of water in a pressure container, heating the same for 120-160 minutes, and then filtering; a step (b) of dehydrating cabbage remnants except for the cabbage extract below 5% of water content, drying the dehydrated cabbage remnants with high-temperature air at 120-135°C for 30-35 minutes, and grinding the dried cabbage remnants in order to manufacture cabbage powder, and then preparing a mixture cluster in a sphere shape by mixing and stirring 100-115 parts by weight of cabbage powder and 5-15 parts by weight of gelatin powder with respect to 100 parts by weight of water; a step (c) of drying washed cabbage leaves in the shade, inputting the dried cabbage leaves in a preheated roaster at 180-240°C, stirring and roasting the same for 5-7 minutes, and separating the cabbage leaves from the roaster in order to manufacture cabbage powder, and then preparing cabbage concentrate by mixing 100-120 parts by weight of cabbage powder and 1-5 parts by weight of bay salt with respect to 100 parts by weight of water, boiling the mixture down for 120-180 minutes while stirring the same at 70-75°C, and then filtering; and a step (d) of mixing and stirring 30-35 parts by weight of the cabbage concentrate with respect to 100 parts by weight of water, and adding 1-5 parts by weight of the mixture cluster and 3-5 parts by weight of the cabbage concentrate. Therefore, the manufacturing method for a healthy drink can massively manufacture a healthy drink containing active ingredients of cabbage with excellent texture and flavor.
