The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a health beverage by using cabbage, broccoli, and ginseng berry, which allows a customer to take nutrients of the cabbage without refusal removes by removing smell of grass of cabbage. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: washing cabbage and broccoli; cutting the cabbage and the broccoli; washing and sterilizing the cut cabbage and broccoli; putting the washed cabbage and broccoli in a non-woven fabric bag, and sealing the bag; inserting the non-woven bag containing the cabbage and the broccoli into an extraction tank; supplying a high temperature (100 to 105°C) of steam to the extraction tank for 1 to 3 hours; extracting juice of the cabbage and broccoli in the extraction tank at a temperature of 85 to 95°C and a high pressure generated by the steam; transferring the extracted juice to a mixing vessel; inserting an extract of ginseng berry into the mixing vessel to make a mixture; and packing the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
