Provided is an earth anchor assembly including: a cable mounting housing inserted through a hole drilled to the geological layer; a nut body joined and fixed to a rear inlet of the housing and having an inclined guide hole formed therein; a wedge inserted into the inclined guide hole of the nut body and having an inclined surface formed on the outer face; an elastic spring inserted into an inner space part of the housing to elastically support the wedge; and a tensile cable passing through the center of the guide hole of the nut body and the center of the wedge and combined with the guide hole and the wedge, and having a sheath covered on the outer surface. The housing is treated to be pollution-resistant by an anti-pollution finishing means. Therefore, when a user hits the rear of the tensile cable with a hammer, the wedge is moved into the guide hole to release a restricted state of the tensile cable. At the same time, the wedge is caught by a retaining spring, which functions as a stopper, and is stopped in movement. When the user pulls the tensile cable of a free state, since the tensile cable is rapidly and conveniently removed, the earth anchor assembly can provide excellent international competitiveness.
