The present invention relates to a renewable energy management system using cloud computing, a processing method for the same, and a computer program stored in a computer readable medium to execute the processing method for the same. The renewable energy management system processes monitoring and management of a power generation amount by communicating with a remote measuring device for renewable energy by using data via a communication network. To achieve the same, the renewable energy management system solves a physical restriction condition by a logical program by having a service system formed in multiple layers of virtual images by using virtual technique of the cloud computing. The renewable energy management system includes: a virtual system pool generating and storing the virtual image; and a system control unit controlling the virtual system pool and changing the service system. According to the present invention, the renewable energy management system can be stably operated and then can increase cost reducing effects of system maintenance.
