The present invention relates to a method of increasing the survival rate of hatched fry of cold sea fish, which identifies causes of death during a period from fertilized eggs to fry in a process of producing artificial seeds of cold sea fish to prepare resolutions for the causes to increase the survival rate of hatched fry. According to the present invention, the method of increasing the survival rate for hatched fry of cold sea fish minimizes deformity or death of fry to increase the survival rate by successfully performing artificial farming of cold sea fish, and supplying oxygen to a water tank before and after fertilized eggs hatch to adjust dissolved oxygen or supplies metal cations to suppress gas creation in coeloms or permanently strengthen rotifers supplied to fry with high DHA and EPA content to increase the hatching rate of fertilized eggs and survival rate of fry.
