The present invention relates to a medical biomaterial unit and an applicator for attaching a biomaterial. According to the present invention, the medical biomaterial unit comprises: a sealing biomaterial attached to a lesion to seal or stanch the lesion during a surgical operation; and a magnet unit generating repulsion with an outer magnet and coupled to the sealing biomaterial to attach the sealing biomaterial on the lesion by the repulsion.
