According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automatic disease diagnosis system comprises: a terminal which receives an image from an x-ray sensing device and converts the image into a transformation image of a lossless image file format; and a disease diagnosing device which performs a deep imaging process on the transformation image to generate an image to be analyzed, and applies a pre-learned image classification model to the image to be analyzed to classify the image to be analyzed into a positive image or a negative image. The disease diagnosing device transmits a diagnosis result including diagnosis information according to the classification result of the image to be analyzed to the terminal and the terminal displays the diagnosis result.
