The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory, skin whitening and anti-aging composition comprising a supernatant of a lactic acid bacterium. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for antiinflammation, skin whitening and antiaging comprising a supernatant of a lactic acid bacterium having a size of 100 to 900 nm. The present invention can be used as a cosmetic, a medicine and a health food because it can increase the activity of existing lactic acid bacteria through atomization and inhibit anti-inflammation, inhibition of melanin synthesis and photoaging.
