The present invention relates to a roasting machine comprising a green bean washing device and a green bean processing method using the same. The roasting machine comprising a green bean washing device comprises: a plasma generator (120) in which argon gas is generated; a vacuum pump (130); and a chamber (100) which is connected to the plasma generator (120) and the vacuum pump (130), and maintains a vacuum state while being supplied with argon gas for plasma treatment, and where coffee beans contained therein are plasma-processed.
