The present invention relates to a method for preparing an instant radish green hangover soup, which can enhance a flavor, comprising the steps of: (A) preparing boiled radish greens; (B) preparing boiled bean sprouts; (C) preparing cut green onions; (D) heating and cooling the boiled radish greens, the boiled bean sprouts, the cut green onions, and minced garlic; (E) adding dextrin and potato starch to a material mixture to stir and mix the same; (F) molding the material mixture completed with the step (E) as a molded product; (G) rapidly freezing the molded product; and (H) freeze-drying the rapidly frozen molded product.
