ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM USING SLEEP FUNCTION OF COMPUTER AND SMART PHONE

Disclosed is an energy saving system using the power saving function of a computer and a smartphone. The system comprises: a smartphone performing Bluetooth communication; and a PC power saving device automatically connected to or disconnected from the smartphone through Bluetooth communication and controlling a personal computer (PC) to switch to a power saving mode in case of automatic disconnection from the smartphone and controlling the PC to release the power saving mode in case of automatic connection with the smartphone. According to the energy saving system, since a PC power mode and a PC security locking screen state are automatically switched depending on signal intensity or Bluetooth connection state between the smartphone and the PC power saving device attached to the PC so that the PC power mode and the PC security locking screen state can be optimized depending on whether the user is absent. More specifically, when the user is not using the PC, power consumption is reduced and security is maintained, and when the user is approaching the PC, the PC automatically becomes usable, and thus, the present invention is capable of increasing work efficiency and user convenience.
