The present invention relates to a squat training system using a smart scale, which helps a user perform a correct squat exercise. The squat training system comprises: a plate unit including a four-channel load cell for measuring each load; and a controller analyzing movement information on the center of gravity of a subject by an exercise area, and executing an analysis result.
