The present invention relates to a system capable of measuring and monitoring the gas concentration and the water level based on IoT. The system comprises: a measuring device (100) introduced into a closed space to measure the gas concentration and the water level of the closed space and transmitting the measured data to the outside; an integrated management server (300) for receiving and storing data transmitted from the measuring device (100); and a user terminal (400) having a built-in web application for receiving data from the measuring device (100) or the integrated management server (300) and providing the received data to a user.
