SIS Guss Mastic Asphalt Concrete Composition for Surface of Road Which Comprising SIS and Aggregate-powder of Improved Grain Size for Improving Waterproof and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
Provided are a guss/mastic asphalt concrete composition for an outer layer having improved waterproof properties, which comprises: 5-25 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS); 5-15 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 500-2,000 parts by weight of aggregates; 13-200 parts by weight of micropowder aggregates; 0.1-5 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 0.3-5 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 0.1-5 parts by weight of an anti-deformation agent; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a performance enhancer; 0.1-20 parts by weight of fibers; 0.1-5 parts by weight of an anti-sagging agent; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a dispersant; 0.1-5 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer; and 0.1-5 parts by weight of a compatibilizer based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the guss/mastic asphalt concrete composition for an outer layer having improved waterproof properties by including SIS and micropowder aggregates of improved grain size can be directly mixed and placed at a construction site. It is possible to easily carry and place the asphalt concrete composition. The asphalt concrete composition exhibits high adhesion and binding forces, thereby exhibiting excellent waterproof properties and durability. Plastic deformation, aging and/or peeling of the asphalt concrete composition do not easily occur. The asphalt concrete composition is graded as PG 82-34 and is capable of preventing water from infiltrating and a porthole from forming. It is possible to easily place the asphalt concrete composition at low cost.
