Disclosed are a method and a device for omnidirectionally stitching videos in the form of an aerial view and detecting a moving body around a facility, based on multiple cameras. The method comprises the steps of: (a) receiving an individual image acquired from each of a plurality of fixed cameras disposed around the outer periphery of a facility at intervals such that the image acquisition direction faces the ground around the facility; and (b) stitching the received individual images to convert the stitched images to an aerial-view image. Each of the plurality of fixed cameras has an image analysis algorithm detecting a moving body from the individual images. When at least one of the plurality of fixed cameras detects the moving body from the individual images by the image analysis algorithm, a server receives moving body information on the moving body together with the individual images in step (a) and performs aerial-view image conversion by labeling and overlaying the moving body by using the moving body information in step (b). Thus, the circumstances surrounding the facility can be grasped from the aerial view at a glance.
