The present invention provides a real-time 3D geochemical anomaly detection model generating system which comprises: an anomaly detection device having a drone, a distance measurement sensor connected to the drone, and a mineral component analysis sensor connected to the drone; and a mode generating unit provided with a processor. Moreover, a 3D initial anomaly detection model is generated by integrating exploration information in real time based on a coordinate from the anomaly detection device by the processor. Therefore, an anomaly is safely realized in a 3D model in real time to be utilized in a tunnel, a gang, or an abandoned mine.
