The present invention relates to a preparation method of germanium ionic liquid and textile materials containing germanium ions, and more specifically, to a preparation method of germanium ionic liquid having high adsorption and fastness of germanium ions to textile materials and textile materials containing germanium ions in which the germanium ionic liquid is used to maintain beneficial effects of germanium. The preparation method of germanium ionic liquid comprises the steps of: pulverizing inorganic germanium; spraying a microorganism-containing solution on inorganic germanium powder; introducing the inorganic germanium powder into an incubator to incubate the microorganism at 30-32°C for 4-5 days; mixing the inorganic germanium powder with water to prepare a germanium solution; agitating the germanium solution at a high speed of 30,000-50,000 rpm to increase a concentration of germanium ions; and completely precipitating the germanium powder remaining after high-speed agitation of the germanium solution to separate the precipitated germanium powder from the germanium solution, and sterilizing the germanium solution by disinfecting the same, wherein the microorganism is either bacillus bacteria or absolute anaerobic microbes.
