The present invention relates to a plurality of articles made of textile containing germanium ion and, more specifically, to a method to make a germanium ion solution with a high absorption ratio of germanium ion and fastness with respect to textile, and a plurality of articles made of textile containing germanium ion, which uses such germanium ion solution so as to maintain an advantageous effect by germanium. According to the present invention, the method to make a germanium ion solution comprises: a pulverizing step of pulverizing inorganic germanium; a mixing step of mixing the inorganic germanium of a powder state with water to make an inorganic germanium solution; and a high speed agitating ionization step of using a high speed agitating device to rotate the inorganic germanium solution at high speed, thereby ionizing the inorganic germanium.
