The present invention relates to a system for automating fabrication of an LED lighting device, which allows a fabrication work, an aging work, and an inspection work to be simultaneously performed in one fabrication line of an LED lighting device, thereby optimizing space utilization, increasing productivity, and reducing labor costs. To this end, the present system is characterized by comprising: an assembly line (10′) of a linear shape, at which a plurality of workers are aligned in parallel to assemble each component of an LED lighting device (100) placed on a palette (11) in order, and which is provided with a manual inspection unit (15) at an end portion; a transport conveyor (12) provided at an upper portion of the assembly line to transport the palette; a return conveyor (13′) provided at a lower portion of the assembly line to return the palette on which the LED lighting device is mounted to a start portion of the assembly line, while performing an aging work with respect to the LED lighting device which is mounted on the palette being returned by means of a power supply line at a lower portion; a descent lift (16′) installed at an end portion of the assembly line to descend the palette on which the LED lighting device is mounted from the exit of the transport conveyor to the entrance of the return conveyor; an ascent lift (17′) installed at the start portion of the assembly line to ascend the palette on which the LED lighting device is mounted from the exit of the return conveyor to the entrance of the transport conveyor; and a packaging unit (30) disposed close to the start portion of the assembly line to pack the LED lighting device of which the aging process has been completed.
