The present invention relates to a concrete structure system of buildings and apartment houses and, more specifically, to a concrete structure system of buildings and apartment houses, which can suppress a leak while minimizing damage to a household below when the leak is caused, and is improved to significantly reduce noise between floors which is a chronic problem of apartment houses while facilitating maintenance.
