The present invention relates to a Bifidobacterium sp. GFC-B09 strain and a fermented product manufactured using the same. The culture medium of the novel Bifidobacterium sp. GFC-B09 strain (accession number: KCCM 12263P) provided in the present invention is excellent in inducing skin-microbiome change (increase in S. epidermidis), increasing histamine degrading enzyme performance, an allergic inhibitory effect, DNA repair ability, wrinkle reduction, whitening, skin density and skin elasticity improvement effect, and thus has excellent effectiveness as a cosmetic composition when applied to a cosmetic base as an active ingredient.
