The present invention relates to a composition for improving skin care including an extract of fermented ginseng fermented with a novel Aspergillus cristatus strain, a method of producing the extract, and a novel Aspergillus cristatus strain. According to one aspect of the present invention, the composition is useful for improving skin care since the extract of fermented ginseng fermented with the novel Aspergillus cristatus strain has skin moisturizing, barrier strengthening, wrinkle amelioration, anti-inflammation, whitening, skin regeneration, vitality increase, or pore size reduction effects.
