The material descaler apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention analyzes the surface state of the first descaler and the material descaled by the first descaler to remove the scale of the material from the heating furnace and remove the scale normally. It includes a controller for determining the portion that is not. The descaler apparatus further includes a second descaler for selectively removing the scale of the portion where the scale is not normally removed according to the controller''s decision.
