The present invention relates to a method of preparing fermented ingredients using Rhododendron micranthum Rurcz. And to fermented materials prepared by the method. As a result of fermenting tailed rhododendron extract using Lactobacillus rhamnosus , total phenolic content is increased by 20%. Antioxidant activity, anti-wrinkle and whitening activity have 25, 1100 and 60% enhanced efficacy, respectively.
