According to an embodiment, disclosed is a multiple silicon photomultiplier-based radiation monitoring system. The radiation monitoring system comprises: a flash detection device for outputting a plurality of detection signals by detecting visible light generated from a scintillator by using a plurality of silicon photomultipliers, and outputting a single detection signal by summing the outputted plurality of detection signals; a data processing device for measuring radiation information by analyzing the outputted multiple detection signals; and a display device for displaying the measured radiation information. Therefore, the present invention is capable of measuring underwater radiation in real-time.
