The present invention relates to a shaftless screw conveyor comprising: a casing having an inlet and an outlet; a shaftless screw which is axially installed in the casing, receives driving power of a drive motor to be rotated, and transports and guides sewage sludge from the inlet towards the outlet; and a fracture detection unit to detect whether the shaftless screw is fractured. Unlike a conventional technique, one or more proximity sensors are arranged in an axial direction to sense whether the shaftless screw rotates to check the fracture status of the shaftless screw to improve maintenance and repair of the shaftless screw. A liner is arranged on a lower side in the casing to prevent damage to the shaftless screw by a collision between the shaftless screw and the casing. Abrasion checking members of different colors are inserted into an abrasion pad to easily check an abrasion degree of the liner to easily identify replacement time of the liner with naked eyes.
