The present invention relates to a substitute for butter using beef tallow and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides the method of manufacturing the butter substitute using beef tallow, comprising the steps of: obtaining raw beef tallow from ground beef fat; performing a purification step of heating and stirring after manufacturing a first mixture by adding a composite natural extract, purified water and an organic solvent to the raw beef tallow; obtaining refined beef tallow from the first mixture; adding purified water, purified salt, functional additives, and deep sea water to the refined beef tallow to manufacture a second mixture, followed by heating and stirring; cooling the second mixture; primarily aging the cooled second mixture in the refrigerated state; and secondarily aging the second mixture aged primarily at room temperature.
