The present invention relates to an assembly line capable of precisely and quickly assembling wheels and tires and, more specifically, to an automatic assembly line of wheels and tires capable of precisely and quickly assembling wheels and tires when automatically aligning wheels and tires by size to automatically and precisely assemble the wheels and the tires. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic assembly line of wheels and tires capable of precisely and quickly assembling wheels and tires comprises: a wheel supply unit to sequentially supply wheels; a tire supply unit to supply tires from an upper portion of the wheel supply unit; a pre-setter arranged behind the tire supply unit to place tires on upper portions of wheels; a mounter arranged behind the pre-setter to couple wheels and tires; a mark matcher arranged behind the mounter to match marks formed on wheels (10) and tires (20); and an inflator to inject air while wheels and tires are coupled.
